Register or Sponsor a Participant

Register yourself or sponsor someone by following the simple steps below. All walkers must complete a Registration Release form and turn it in at check-in. All sponsorships and collected donations must be submitted at check-in on the day of the event.

Online Registration

1) Click HERE to register at The Oral Cancer Foundation web site before the day of the walk. You will need your credit card information or PayPal information available. A minimum of $20 must be collected for each participant. All donations are tax deductible.

2) Please print your receipt after completing registration and bring to check-in on the day of the event as proof of payment.

You can also sponsor a walker online using your credit card or PayPal information.

Same Day Registration (at the Walk)

1) You may register on the day of the Walk from 8:30 to 10 AM at the Registration tent. Cash and checks will be accepted. All donations are tax deductible.

 

You are encouraged to arrive EARLY as T-shirts will be given to the first 200 participants to check-in the day of the event
