To help further increase the importance of oral cancer awareness and help promote early detection and prevention, we will be holding the third annual walk to benefit The Oral Cancer Foundation (OCF). We hope you will join us in this great cause!

Where: 5 mile walk from Mothers Rest Area to Castle Island and back. The entire route can be viewed here.

Parking: Parking is free at the BaySide Expo Northside parking lot for the Awareness Walk.

Time: Registration begins at 8:30AM. Walk starts at 10AM

Rain or Shine: Just in time, the current forecast is calling for the rain to taper off around 8. It'll be a great day for a great cause. It is your chance to be the change you want to see in the world. Make it happen.

Registration: Registration is a $20 minimum in sponsorship. T-shirts given to the first 200 participants to check-in the day of the walk. All donations are tax deductible.

Beneficiary: All sponsorship monies raised will go to benefit The Oral Cancer Foundation, an IRS registered 501c3 non-profit

Awards: Prizes to the top three walkers or team leaders who raise the most money

Directions: Take Exit 15 off of Route 93 and follow the signs to Day Blvd. Proceed to the North Bay Side Expo Center - Day Blvd. Entrance. Turn right and park in the parking lot.
(165 Day Boulevard is the address of the bathhouse at Carson Beach in South Boston.  The Mother's Rest area, where the walk will begin, is right beside that.)
